01/25/15 Aurora, CO – Aurora Fire Rescue and Police responded around 10:15Pm on this evening to a call of a man who’s foot was impaled on a wrought iron fence. According to the scanner the man was trying to scale the fence in the 100 block of S. Joliet Circle when his foot was impaled. Aurora Fire Department (AFD) had to use steel-cutting tools to remove a section of the fence with the victim. He was transported with a portion of the fence to a local trauma center. No word as to why he was scaling the fence in the first place. Shane Anthony reporting AuroraNews1.com
