Joint Police surveillance leads to arrest of 2 near 1st and Oakland St. 01/27/15

01/27/15 Aurora, CO-Breaking News: A joint police surveillance effort between Aurora Police and Denver cops lead to the arrest of 2 men today near E. 1st. Ave. and N. Oakland St. in the Chelsea Park apartment complex.  The arrests went down around 4PM today and it caused quite a gawker scene in the apartment complex.  Plain clothes cops, uniformed police, SWAT team members and even K-9 units were involved in the take down.  The cops locked down an apartment building but the suspects came out without incident.  Police would not comment on the nature of either the surveillance nor the arrests but by the show of force they obviously took it plenty seriously.  Shane Anthony reporting AuroraNews1.com
